Tibebu Cherenet Kasaye is a dedicated public health professional and academician, currently serving as the Chief Executive Director Advisor since July 2025. With a rich background in teaching and health coordination, Tibebu has made significant contributions to the field of public health through various roles in esteemed educational institutions.

Tibebu began his career at Assosa University, where he served as an Assistant Lecturer and Gender, HIV/AIDS Coordinator from August 2015 to September 2017. After completing his master's study abroad, he was promoted to the position of Lecturer from March 2020 to April 2021. During this time, he played a crucial role in shaping the curriculum and mentoring students in public health disciplines.

In April 2021, Tibebu joined Kotebe Metropolitan University, where he continued to impart knowledge as a Lecturer until August 2022. His expertise in global health and community engagement enriched the academic environment and fostered a culture of learning and research.

In 2023, Tibebu joined Menelik II Medical and Health Science College as a Lecturer and Family Health Department Head.

Tibebu's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Ambo University, which he obtained in 2015. He then pursued advanced studies, earning a Master of Science degree in Global Health from Bonn University in Germany in 2020. Currently, he is a PhD candidate at the University of South Africa (UNISA), where he continues to explore critical issues in public health.
