Overview
Being accountable to Chief Executive Director of the college, CED Advisor office, provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning Chief Executive Director's office and the advancement of institutional goals. The advisor collaborates with and assist the Chief Executive Director in all aspects of institutional decision-making for the benefit of the college.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a key strategic management office within the college, the Chief Executive Director Advisor's office has been assigned the following specific duties and responsibilities by the college's legislation to help fulfill the institution's Mission and Vision.
- By reading and analyzing current articles, regulations, guidelines on operation and management and whether they can be modified or changed in line with the actual situation of the country and deliver suggestions and recommendation;
- Exploring and collect the experience of various similar institutions around pertaining the operation of the institutions and make design by identifying those that are useful to the college and propose that can be implemented;
- Deliver explanation or response questions raised from the Chief Directors regarding the operation of the college;
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the college's bilateral agreements on issues that need to be improved or corrected through the implementation process and deliver suggestions;
- Identify periodic performance reports problems from departments/units of the college carried out and deliver suggestions for decision making;
- In the context of the operation of the college, within the community, stakeholders, partners and with other relevant parties from panel discussions, meetings or using information available in various ways In particular, identify key problems and delivery suggestions;
- In terms of service delivery and good governance by identifying the problems pertaining violation of procedure and legal loopholes deliver solutions and suggestion to the problems;
- Supports and assists work improvement to be carried out based on proposed solutions by providing suggestions for decision making;
- On clients' complaints and matters brought by other relevant bodies when he/she asked to make suggestions, he/she Providing suggestion in terms of rules and regulations, procedures or legal loophole for decision making;
- Provide information to the members of the college units to avoid the occurrence of similar complaints as well as similar issues based decision it does on in the future;
- Organize information regarding grievances and cases for which decisions have been made to be the resource for training and research in the college;
- Deliver suggestions and recommendations in terms of procedure and law for reform on operational improvement activities to be carried out by the college;
- Deliver suggestions and recommendations on technical issues by examining in terms of policy and legal point of view;
- Provides training and development with relevant departments of the college to customers and clients for Understanding of the college issues.
