Directorate Overview
Currently, the Directorate serves 175 (115 male and 60 female) academic and technical assistant staff members of the College, ensuring that qualified, competent, and motivated professionals are engaged in delivering high quality education, research, and community service. The Directorate works closely with academic units and leadership bodies to strengthen human resource development and institutional excellence.

Plans and monitors the activities of the unit based on the institution's and the sector's strategic plan, providing necessary implementation support.
Academic Rank Promotion
Oversees the procedures for academic staff rank promotion, ensuring alignment with Senate legislation and national standards.
Capacity Building
Identifies skill gaps and organizes training, seminars, and workshops to enhance the professional capacity of academic staff.
Scholarship Management
Manages and monitors domestic and foreign scholarship opportunities, ensuring faculty members fulfill their academic agreements.
Performance Evaluation
Implements standardized systems to evaluate the work performance of academic staff, providing feedback and performance reports.
Records & Profile Management
Maintains secure and organized profiles of permanent academic staff, including those on study leave, and publishes staff profile booklets.
Resource Management
Ensures that human and material resources required by academic units are fulfilled and monitors their efficient utilization.
Ethics & Ownership
Promotes ethical conduct and a sense of ownership among staff, ensuring accountability and adherence to established institutional values.
Digitization & Automation
Introduces modern technology and software to automate academic staff processes, increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Facilitates platforms for stakeholder participation and maintains working relationships with institutions that contribute to the mission.
