Currently, the Directorate serves a vibrant community of 2,641 undergraduate students across 16 departments and 141 postgraduate students across 6 programs. We are dedicated to supporting our students' personal, social, and intellectual development, ensuring they thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Guidance & Counseling
Providing psychological, career, and personal counseling to help students overcome challenges and enhance their social development.
Student Governance
Facilitating student governing initiatives, providing a platform for leadership, and managing student societies and clubs.
Welfare & Health Support
Supervising campus life services, including clinic and health initiatives to ensure the physical well-being of the student body.
Discipline & Rules Enforcement
Enforcing College rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment for everyone.
Advocacy & Grievances
Acting as a primary advocate for student success and managing grievances with fairness and transparency.
Orientation & Onboarding
Coordinating comprehensive student orientation programs and personality-building workshops at the start of each semester.
Crisis Management
Serving as the lead responder for student emergencies and safety initiatives to ensure a secure campus experience.
Recreation & Sports
Managing sports, recreation services, and extracurricular activities to promote a balanced and active student life.
Holistic Development
Empowering students through workshops designed to support both their academic journey and personal growth.
Empowerment Initiatives
Driving programs that promote student success and provide a holistic, inclusive environment for all learners.
Key Responsibilities & Services
The Dean of Students office provides a wide range of non-academic support services to ensure student success:
- Welfare and Support: Supervises campus life services including clinic and health services (Note: dormitory and cafeteria services are not currently available).
- Guidance and Counseling: Offers psychological, career, and personal counseling to enhance social and intellectual development.
- Student Governance: Facilitates student governing initiatives, club management, and sports/recreation services.
- Discipline and Advocacy: Enforces College regulations, manages grievances, and advocates for student needs.
- Orientation and Development: Coordinates orientation programs and personality building activities for new students.
- Safety and Crisis Management: Acts as the primary office for student emergencies and safety initiatives.
