The Chief Executive Director (CED) of Menelik II Medical and Health Science College serves as the principal leader and chief executive of the College, providing strategic direction, strong governance, and comprehensive institutional management. The CED ensures that the College upholds its mission, vision, and core values while fostering a culture of academic excellence and impactful research.

As a member and secretary of the College Governing Board, the CED plays a central role in the formulation, coordination, and supervision of all College units. By building partnerships with governmental and international institutions, the CED enhances the College’s capacity and ensures that academic programs respond to the health needs of the Addis Ababa City Administration and the nation.
